How it Started

In Oct 2019, during a product design war room, our team reached a conclusion, to build a feedback sharing app.

There was a need to build a culture of feedback sharing. We then decided to take things head-on and solve one problem. Enabling feedback sharing to encourage continuous performance.

Design Sprint

During a week long sprint we worked on finding core problem, gathering inputs, developing concepts and testing a prototype with our target users to identify what we were going to build over the next months.

Stakeholder Insights

User Testing

We tested our initial concept prototype with some of our target users, these are the findings from users :

  1. They don’t have an existing tool at work to share and document feedback

  2. People usually lack the recognition culture in their teams

  3. Given this tool, they could interact with teams based in other locations

  4. Documented usability issues with our prototype
